My 100th Post!!!-Black Friday

I can't believe that I have already published 100 posts!!! I LOVE it! This has mostly been a creative outlet for me and has been worth every minute I have put into my posts. I have recently been really busy getting ready for the holidays and with projects that I keep starting. My creative mind has been giving me a run for my money and it has been quite the adventure. It may not be crazy amazing, but it's been wonderful for me.

Did anyone else stay up til the WEE hours of the morning waiting in lines, sipping hot cocoa, politely throwing elbows and yelling for security asking for assistance from fellow shoppers? I DID!!!
This year was my first go at Black Thursday Friday shopping with others. I had so much fun! Probably more than I should have. The Hubs was home with the littes while I ventured out into the scary world of Wal*Mart on this Oh so Wonderful Shopping Day. We scurried away from Thanksgiving Dinner like little mice and rushed to the store to be there soon enough to snag ANYTHING and EVERYTHING in sight. . . or so it seemed. I think I had fun because I wasn't waiting for a "Big Ticket" item like most. I was able to get everything on my list and then some! After my cart was full, I was able to run around for my SIL and help her fill hers too. After Wally*World we headed to Kohls and then to Rack Room Shoes (they were an afterthought). We drank Cocoa, watched some crazies dance in the spot light in the lanscaped rocks at Kohls and ordered our OldNavy items from the SmartPhone while we watched others wait in line for a LOOOOONG time for the exact same items.

THAT's my new secret to Black Friday. . . CHECK ONLINE!!! Most stores are cashing in with ONLINE doorbusters as well! Not all items will be available online, but it's worth checking before you wait for hours and hours.

All in all I had a blast! I'm dead tired and feel like I'll fall over ANY minute, but it was well worth it. I scored a few things that are NEEDED big time at home and found a few fun things as well. All I can say is, I can't wait til Christmas Morning!

P.S.

In honor of my 100th post, I opened my MulberryTree Etsy Shop and am so excited! Again, Nothing CRAZY, but just right for me. I hope you like it. I'll be adding more and more all the time so keep coming back for a peak.

CHECK IT OUT!!!

I'm Weird Because

I put this post together in honor of one that LMM did a little bit ago. It's fun to notice your quirks and the things that make you Happy and Excited. Maybe you'll feel like you know too much now.

I'm Weird Because. . .
I hate having dirty feet.
I think that I have pretty feet.
I have to sleep with my hair down, but off of my neck at the same time.
I love milk. To a fault.
I can't sleep without a body pillow.
I can't drink milk if I think it has a funny taste even if no one else notices it.
I think a hot bath is the cure for everything. Thanks Mom.
I love wallets. I have like 10.
I didn't buy B&BW soaps when I was in an apartment cause I thought I needed a house first.
I won't use the same towel on my hair 2 showers in a row. I know if they weren't rotated.
I have cold feet all the time but refuse to wear socks.
I have to have all of the hangers in my closet match.
I organize my closet by color ROYGBIV. The Hubs doesn't play along.
I LOVE a clean house, but don't stress if it's not.
I feel like I don't worry enough about things.
I love going to pro sporting events (MLB/NBA).
I HATE watching those same events on TV.

I'm a Bad Friend Because. . .
I hate checking my VM so just text me instead.
I WILL tell you if those pants make you look fat.

I'm a Good Friend Because. . .
I will always be there for you. Even in the middle of the night. (Because you've been there for me)
I will listen to you vent.
I will go just about anywhere with you, anytime.
I won't give you my opinion if all you want to do is vent.
I WILL tell you if those pants make you look fat.

I'm Sad Because. . .
I CAN'T JUMP!
I miss my family that lives 1000 miles away.
I worry about someone who is sick.

I'm Happy Because. . .
I have an amazing family. (In-laws and all!)
I have an AH-MAZING Hubs that works so hard for our little family.
I love my home and it's imperfections.
I get to stay home with my littles.
I have a big bro that lives close so I can still get my family "fix".
I don't have to move again for a LONG time! (7x in 6 yrs is plenty)

I'm Excited For. . .
A project.
A non complaining Hubs.
Christmas Decorations.
No Snow this Winter.
Family Time Every night when the Hubs gets home from work.

I Am the One

I am the one
you see walk in with 2 adorable little boys. Twins? No.
I am the one
whose 3 yr old is pinching his little brother and making him cry.
I am the one
that quietly threatens with spankings to those boys in the next aisle over.
I am the one
that not so sneakily bolts to the bathroom to avoid a scene.
I am the one
that dashes from the store with an empty cart and screaming kids. So much for no scene.
I am the one
that breathes deeply trying not to loose it.
I am the one
that rolls down my windows and turns up the music to drown out the tantrums.
I am the one
who pulls it together.
I am the one
that soothes those boys once we're behind closed doors.
I am the one
that kisses their owies.
I am the one
that wipes their tears away.
I am the one
they call mommy.
And I wouldn't have it any other way.

Epic Proportions: LMM Style

Little Miss Momma is one of my absolute most favorite blogs. She is real and is an amazing writer. She writes about life, lessons learned, lessons NOT learned, crafting, trial and error projects and just about anything you can think of. I can never wait for her next post. Plus she's a momma like me! She never disappoints and she's done it again! She's having an amazing GIVEAWAY for a new Silhouette Cameo! If you haven't read her blog, you are definitely missing out! If you have, then you don't need me to tell you how fabulous she is. . . you already know! So check her out. I know you'll stay for more than just a little while.
Happy Thursday!

Pizza Bread!!

This is an all time favorite of mine from growing up. It is so simple and delicious!

 All You Need
1 Loaf of French Bread
1 Jar of Spaghetti Sauce (I use Prego Garlic and Sausage)

1 lb of Ground Beef
Shredded Cheese (enough to cover the top of the french bread like pizza)

Set your oven to broil. If you don't have a lot of time, set it to Hi and just keep an eye on it. If you have a bit more time set it to Lo)

Cut the loaf of french bread in half (top and bottom halves not left and right halves) and place them on a foil covered cookie sheet. Trust me and cover it. :)

Spread to spaghetti sauce over each half of the bread. Cover the sauce with COOKED ground beef.
Cover with cheese. We use a generous amount of cheese for this part. It makes it taste better! hehe!

Then carefully place the pizzas in the oven and cook. . . I can't tell you for how long because every oven is different.  Just watch it and pull it out when the cheese is gooey and melted. Cut into slices and serve.

Struck Gold

I've been searching for the perfect everyday gold necklace. If I could only use one word to describe what I'm looking for, it would be dainty. Here are a few options that I found via Etsy.

1.2.3.4.

The BEST part about all of these necklaces, it the price! They are all SUPER affordable! The Hubs should be nervous!
